A couple of months ago I joined the YMCA and started working out for the first time in my life. Being a 39 year old overweight and out of shape guy, this was long overdue. I decided around the same time to try a massage for the first time ever and booked an appointment with Simsbury Therapeutic Massage & Wellness. The owner, Greg, was very nice and accommodating on the phone and booked my first appointment with Jean. My primary goal was relaxation, but being new to working out I was looking for a little pain management as well.

Jean was fantastic! She really put me at ease and focused on my goals. I went back a second time and nearly fell asleep during the massage - (relaxation goal achieved!). I've since been back a third time and now have Simsbury Therapeutic Massage & Wellness worked into my budget and schedule each month. I find my mind and my body much more relaxed after an hour's session, and it is really adding to my overall health improvement.
